Drafting

• Producing drawings for all building types from proposal stage through to contract documents using AutoCAD.

• Create as-built AutoCAD drawings for existing buildings from site measurements and existing documentation.

• Converting hand sketches or drawings into AutoCAD drawings

• Producing drawings for city and government permits.

• Producing floor plans or layout sketches for real estate sales and property managers

• Hand sketches for presentation purposes

DESIGN

• Design of buildings and spaces that do not requiring an architect.

• Interior renovation including custom design of millwork cabinetry and furniture.

• Working for Architectural, Building Envelope consultants or Structural Engineering firms assisting in providing design and detailing of buildings.
